Model PLS
Wingel rotary paddle level switch model PLS is Wingel’s staple level switch designed for level point detection for bulk, solid or powder material. PLS’s contact output can also be used for controlling pump system or to be feed into BAS or PLC alarm systems. PLS can be used in a wide range of industries such as plastic, food and beverages, chemical and many more. PLS works with motor, micro switch and paddle for detecting the presence of the solid or powder inside silo, tanks or containers. During normal condition, a continuous rotating motor will rotate the paddle with slow speed (1rpm), when there is material’s presence is detected when it touched the paddle, the motor will stop and cause the micro switch to change state and hence a signal output is generated.
