When a cooking oil company in Jakarta, Indonesia needed a point level detection inside a storage tank for their newest plant outside Jakarta,they turned to Wingel for help and we do our utmost to satisfy their request. The liquid measured is fat with high degree of temperature and since the storage tank is high in height, the vertical installation type of level switch would be tedious to install and transport. They also requested only one sensor for each tank, with these special specifications we hence specially designed Wingel Horizontal Float Level Switch with longer guiding rod and also denser float.The dense float is to cope with the high density of the fat substances measured.The guiding rod itself can be detachable for easier installation in the site and easier for shipment.We suggested our solution and now the project has been done and the instruments are ready for the shipment.
